Shipping
I deliver locally and internationally. All items are delivered from the Netherlands with TNT priority mail. This service does not come with tracking number nor insurance.
All delivery charges include the delivery cost and the packaging materials. If you require additional tracking or insurance service, please purchase the delivery upgrade.
All transactions are in Euro. You can choose to display the prices in other currencies. However, all prices will be converted to Euro during check out.
I do not take responsibility with missing or undelivered packages. But I'll try my best to help you with the package if you do face challenges.
I apologize in advance if the item is lost or undelivered. So far, I haven't experience any missing packages, only delayed packages (product takes longer than the usual delivery time frame to arrive, especially during peak period e.g. Christmas, New Year, Easter etc...)
Payment
Paypal for all orders (you can pay with your magical plastic card thru paypal). I normally deliver your orders within 3 working days upon payment receipt.
If you're in the Netherlands, I accept bank transfer or cash (only applicable to self-collection). Please choose the right option when you check out. You will receive further instructions on where to transfer to and how to pick up.
Customers with vouchers can key in their voucher code during check out!
Packaging
A pouch or organza bag with a blank greeting card. The items are then bubble wrapped and put into a sealed envelope. I take every precaution to ensure that your items are well-protected to undergo the delivery handling so that it can arrive safely. If I run out of black velvet bag, I will find an alternative for you.
Custom Orders
I do custom orders. If you see anything that you like in the store or somewhere else, and would like to have a little tweak to suit your taste, I can help you with that. Custom orders require 50% deposit. Once done, the remaining payment. However, custom orders are NOT refundable.
Is what I see is what I get?
I work very hard to make sure that the photos display the closest representation of all my items. All of my photos are taken as it is and I rarely use any photo editing software to adjust the colour or lighting. However, I understand that images vary in colours depending on your monitor settings. If you would like to see more photos of the item, please email me.
Return and Warranty
All Esthelry's jewelry ranges come with a 7-day return policy and a 6-month warranty.
Upon receiving the items, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return them to me. The condition is simple: The return items must be in its original condition, packaging and unused. I will refund you the purchase price (exclude shipping). You are responsible for the charges of delivering the items back to me. In cases like this, I highly recommend you to use delivery option that comes with delivery confirmation because I couldn't refund you the money if I didn't receive the items.
On top of that, all Estherly items come with a 6-month warranty. I undertake repairs for all Estherly pieces at no extra cost. If the piece is broken due to normal wear after purchase, I am more than happy to fix it or replace it for you. You only need to pay for the delivery charges from your side to us while we handle the return part. If after examination, it can’t be replaced or fixed, I will make a full refund of your purchase price to you (exclude shipping).
Normal wear: meaning, you are not wearing it while you are swimming, diving, rock climbing, mountain hiking, fighting, kick boxing etc... Jewelry are fragile and they need constant care and love to beautify you for years to come. I trust that my customers will not abuse this warranty and I will definitely honor your honesty with my warranty service.
