All jewelry that you see in the store are designed and handmade by me personally.

Custom Orders
If you would like to have something special for your wedding day, or you saw something in a magazine that you really like and want to have one, or you found an Estherly's piece that you like but you want it in a different colour... please feel free to contact me. I welcome all custom orders and I enjoy doing them! All custom-orders are not refundable nor returnable.

Gifts Selection
You want to select a jewelry from my range for your grandma/mum/wife/fiance/girlfriend/girl friend/sister (Did I miss out anyone?), but you don't know which one to choose and how to choose, please feel free to contact me. I will definitely be able to help you there!

Private Labels
I undertake private label project. If you are a boutique owner, a fashion designer or a store owner who would like to expand product range or have your own private label to support your existing product range, please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss this further. I have done private labels before. I will be P&C with private labels.

I don't do consignments or wholesale projects. All business transactions are cash based and my pieces are one-of-a-kind or limited editions.

Repair and adjustments
If your jewelry needs a repair or adjustment, I am very happy to do it for you at a fee ranging from EUR 2 - 10 depending on its complication. I will quote you a price before I begin my work. However, the price range does not apply to work which you require me to redesign your pieces. 

Redesign
I am able to help you refresh your jewelry by designing a new piece out of your old jewelry pieces. I will keep as much materials from your old jewelry pieces as possible and if applicable, add materials which I have on hand to beautify it. Most of the time, my clients leave it to me to work and till date, my clients are very satisfied with my work.
